Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility requirements. We will notify you via email once the return has been received and inspected and inform you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
Refund Processing Time
If your refund is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
